Yang has been engaging in outdoor emergency rescue since 2009 and has more than 17 years of experience in outdoor sports. He loves outdoor sports and various types of outdoor activities, mainly focusing on wilderness survival, rope techniques, hiking, mountain rescue and field first-aid. He became a mountain rescue volunteer in Shanxi Province, China many years ago and has rich experience in wilderness rescue.
In 2015, he registered the first officially registered private rescue team in Shanxi Province with the Taiyuan Civil Affairs Bureau.In May 2015, he participated in the 512 earthquake emergency drill of the province, and served as the on-site rope rescue system command.
In 2016, he conducted intensive rope rescue training for the Provincial Fire Brigade and the elite team of all its branches. In January 2017, he participated in the large-scale fire combat service support and actual combat driving exercise of Shanxi Provincial Public Security Department.

Si has a passion for the outdoors and all types of wilderness activities. He grew up in New Zealand, so his "get-away-from-it" playground was the natural environment and beautiful landscape that the country had to offer. From mountaineering the peaks to caving the depths and all things in between such as hiking, biking, kayaking and climbing, he feels at home in the wilderness. He has an almost in-containable enthusiasm for learning new things.
Once he lived among the legions of the corporate environment, Si swapped his office for an outdoor workspace that he shares with the world. He loves new experiences about the outdoors. He is enthusiastic to accompany all those who venture and wander. He thrives when he is teaching others to help them explore their comfort zones boundaries, enhance their abilities and explore their own new experiences.
RONAN PAUL DAVID (PAO)
Paul has a strong passion for educational innovation, and he is recognized for his commitment to youth programs around the world. He has filled his life with organizational consulting, leadership facilitation, community development, and time playing in the wilderness. Most importantly, Paul is a passionate mountaineer and enjoys spending as much time as he can on mountain peaks around the world.
MIINHAN BEH
Beh is a professional kayaker in Malaysia and feels at home in whitewater.He is now volunteering in Malaysia to train local rescue teams so they can better deal with whitewater rescue and floods.He is also a registered lecturer in WMA, and frequently teach WAFA and WFR course and volunteered hold first aid workshop in local schools.
Jeff provides personalized classroom presentations to nearly 400 students each year to promote his University Certificate in Multiculturalism, which emphasizes education in multiculturalism and global issues. During his academic break, Jeff participated in trips related to environmental development, disaster relief, and working with at-risk youths.
Soap has been engaging in rope rescue and water rescue since 2015. He is a strong swimmer and is the accredited Level Two National Swimmer in China. He has a wide range of expertise in rope techniques including industrial, sport climbing, cave rope and rescue rope skills. He has rich training experience and strong logic in teaching. He has also trained Shanghai Fire Brigade and Zhejiang Fire Brigade in water rescue.

Jake has over 2000 hours of boating experience, excellent climbing and kayaking skills. He loves the outdoors and nature and he is passionate about outdoor work. He is currently engaged in diving rescue. He has taken part in many international joint rescue operations and has a clear theoretical framework and rich practical experience in rescue operations.
